June 7th, 2022
Justice For All Canada was a delegate at NCCM’s 2022 National Advocacy Day on Parliament Hill.
The 2-day consultative event engaged Canadian Muslim organizations and federal leaders after the terror attack that massacred members of a London Muslim family. Our team members joined the conversation as the government moves forward in implementing community recommendations in their National Action Plan on Hate.
Justice For All Canada is a non-partisan, non-profit human rights and advocacy organization with a focus on global anti-genocide prevention. Following the tragic events in London last year, our human rights organization shared 2 policy briefs with Canadian lawmakers addressing growing intolerance and bigotry against Muslims in Canada. Our 28 recommendations advised for comprehensive intervention on domestic Islamophobia and hatred in Canada.
During the event, our leadership met with Canadian Members of Parliament and cabinet Ministers to raise issues of global Islamophobia, violence, and policy-level discrimination facing millions of Muslim minorities in East Turkestan, India, Sri Lanka, Kashmir, Burma and Palestine.
The Advocacy Day was an opportunity to present these human rights concerns of Canadian Muslims in Parliament, ensuring their views and voices are heard and accounted for.
In recent weeks, our organization has increased our human rights work in Canadian government.
Justice For All Canada will continue to support efforts of anti-racism protection and peaceful harmony of minorities in Canada and around the world.

In recent weeks, our organization has increased our human rights work in Canadian government.
- On June 1st 2022, Executive Director Taha Ghayyur joined a panel of witnesses to comment on a study conducted by the Standing Committee on International Trade that covered trade opportunities with Indo-Pacific regions. During the hearing, we argued that the Canadian government should include human rights experts as part of its growing bilateral relations with India’s BJP nationalist government.
- Our growing Parliamentary Petition also urges Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to acknowledge the Indian government’s discriminatory anti-minority laws and develop a multilateral strategy to protect Muslims and similar minorities vulnerable to the hostile politics in the region.
Justice For All Canada will continue to support efforts of anti-racism protection and peaceful harmony of minorities in Canada and around the world.
