Taha Ghayyur is a community galvanizer, a human rights advocate, a writer, and an inspirational speaker, based in Toronto, Canada.
Driven by a spirit of service and desire to communicate creatively, Taha has been leading groundbreaking and impactful community initiatives for over 20 years across North America.
Since September 2017, Taha has been serving as the Executive Director of Justice for All Canada. Prior to this role, he has served in four major national not-for-profit organizations in senior leadership roles.
Taha's journey in the human rights space began in his university years when he was hired by a human rights advocacy group to develop action alerts. Since then Taha has led various human rights campaigns, including Burma Task Force and Save Uighur, lobbying the Canadian government to intervene to end genocide and restore justice for vulnerable minorities around the globe.
