New Report: Apartheid Fuels Genocide: Israel’s Policies Under International Law 

The following report argues for the end of apartheid. It explores a paradigm shift in framing solutions to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict from the conventional framework of temporary military occupation to one of protracted settler colonialism and apartheid. 

Our study furnishes extensive evidence substantiating the claim that Israeli governance between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea constitutes apartheid, through a granular analysis of Israeli policies and their differentiated impact on the Palestinian population across historic Palestine, encompassing the diaspora, residents of the Occupied Palestinian Territory (OPT) and Palestinian citizens of Israel.

The report also examines discriminatory policies, both de jure and de facto, embedded within Israeli legal and administrative structures, demonstrating salient parallels with the apartheid regime of South Africa and aligning with the definition articulated in the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid.
